Objective

The aim of "Rapid Fire" is simple: be the first to discard all your cards by matching the shape or number of the card in the center and strategically playing power cards to control the game.

The Deck

The deck has four suits, each represented by a unique shape and color:
-
Square (Green)
-
Circle (Blue)
-
Rhombus (Purple)
-
X (Red)

Each suit contains 12 cards numbered 1–10, plus two powerful cards numbered 14 and 20. The deck totals 48 cards.
01
The Setup
-
2+ players receive an equal number of cards (4-5 each).
-
Place one card face-up to start the game.
-
The remaining cards form the "General Market" (draw pile) beside the playing area.
02
Power Cards
Power cards introduce strategic twists:
-
Power Card 20s: Choose any shape or number for the next player and block "Pick 2" punishments.
-
Square (Osanobua), X (Ogun), Circle (Anyawu), Rhombus (Queen of the Coast)
-
-
Power Card 14s: Cause damage to all players, unblockable but only played on matching shapes.
-
Square (Sango), X (Amadioha), Circle (Mami Wata), Rhombus (Karashika)
-
-
Power Card 8 (Lady Koi-Koi): Next player misses a turn; unblockable.
-
Power Card 2 (Abiku): Forces next player to "Pick 2" cards; blocking it escalates the punishment (Pick 2, Pick 4, etc.).
-
Power Card 1 (Willy-Willy): Next player misses a turn; effects cannot be blocked.
03
How to...
Play

-
The dealer starts by playing a card, which either rewards or punishes the next player.
-
Each player then either suffers or benefits from the card's effect, unless they can block it.

Strategise

-
Save power cards for crucial moments.
-
Use punishments to hinder others.
-
Form alliances or rivalries to gain an advantage.

Win

To win, play your last card and, if it's a power card, deal one last punishment that cannot be blocked or countered.
