At 3UD, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. This refund policy outlines our "Product Store" terms for cancellations, returns, and refunds to ensure a fair process for both our customers and our business.
1. Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, orders are processed for shipping and cannot be canceled.

2. Returns and Refunds
We value your satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products. We accept returns and offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

2.1 Eligibility for Return, Refund, or Replacement
a. Defective Products

A product is considered defective if it has clear manufacturing or printing errors not caused by handling or use.

Examples include misprints, faulty stitching, broken hardware, or material flaws.

Evidence (e.g., clear photos or video) must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Important: If you notice any damage or defect immediately upon unboxing your order, please capture and report it to us right away. We will work with you to make it right — whether that means replacing or refunding your item.
We’re committed to your satisfaction and continually assess the performance of our courier partners. If damage occurred during transit, we want to know and resolve it swiftly.

Once verified, we will offer either a replacement or refund, based on your preference and product availability.
b. Errors on Our Part

If you receive the wrong item, incorrect size, or an order mix-up due to our error, we’ll cover the return shipping and provide a replacement.

Our policy in these cases is replacement first. Refunds may be issued only if replacement is not feasible.
c. Change of Mind / Unused Items

If you change your mind after receiving your order, we accept returns only if:

The item is unused, in mint condition, and in original packaging

You contact us within 7 days of delivery

You provide photo documentation of the item for approval before shipping

Once we approve the return and receive the item in acceptable condition, we’ll refund the item cost and initial shipping. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are issued within 10 business days after inspection.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
We maintain a fair and thoughtful return policy, but some conditions limit eligibility for refunds or replacements:

Opened Custom Playing Cards
Custom playing cards are sealed with tamper-evident packaging to preserve their quality and authenticity. Once the seal is broken, the product is considered used and becomes non-refundable and non-returnable, regardless of condition.Note: This policy does not apply to decks with clear manufacturing defects (e.g., misprints, missing cards, production flaws). Such issues are covered under our Defective Product policy and should be reported immediately.

Used or Altered Items
Items returned with signs of use, damage, or missing packaging will not be eligible for a refund unless a product defect has been documented and approved in advance. -
Unapproved Returns
Returns sent without prior approval may be rejected. However, we will fairly assess all returned items, and if the product clearly meets our return criteria based on evidence, we reserve the right to honor a refund or replacement at our discretion.That said, following the proper reporting and return process significantly increases the likelihood of a smooth and timely refund or replacement.

Change-of-Mind Return Shipping
If you're returning an item simply because you've changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not reimburse return shipping costs in this case. -
Original Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified defect or fulfillment error on our part.

We take product integrity seriously and encourage customers to follow best practices to ensure quality, security, and fairness in every transaction:

Tamper-Proof Seals
Custom playing cards are shipped with security seals. Breaking this seal voids refund or return eligibility, unless there is a verified manufacturing defect. -
Shipping Insurance (Recommended)
We recommend selecting shipping insurance at checkout, especially for high-value or international orders. This provides coverage in case of loss or damage in transit. -
Inspection on Arrival
Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect all items immediately upon delivery.Any damage or defect discovered during unboxing must be reported to us within 72 hours (3 days)of receiving your order.
Please include clear photo or video documentation of the damage when reporting. Prompt reporting allows us to resolve the issue efficiently and evaluate our fulfillment and courier partners. -
Documentation & Evidence
For all return or refund requests, we may require photographic or video evidence of the item in its received condition. Approval of refunds and replacements is based on this documentation.
