REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may have already entered processing or fulfillment and can no longer be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS & REFUNDS

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund under the following circumstances:

Defective Products

A product may qualify as defective if it contains manufacturing, printing, material, or workmanship defects that were present upon delivery.

Examples include:

  • Printing errors

  • Missing components

  • Faulty stitching

  • Material defects

  • Production-related damage

To qualify, defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery and supported with clear photo or video evidence.

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion based on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Fulfillment Errors

If we shipped the wrong item, wrong size, wrong quantity, or otherwise made an error while fulfilling your order, we will make it right.

In these situations:

  • Return shipping may be covered by us

  • Replacement is our preferred resolution

  • Refunds may be issued if replacement is not practical

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you change your mind, we may accept a return provided that:

  • The item is unused

  • The item remains in original packaging

  • The item is returned in resalable condition

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Return approval is obtained before shipping the item back

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with change-of-mind returns.

Approved refunds are processed within approximately 10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless a verified manufacturing defect exists.

Opened Playing Card Decks

Playing cards are shipped in sealed packaging to protect product integrity and ensure a consistent customer experience.

Once a deck's seal has been broken, the product is considered used and is no longer eligible for return or refund.

This restriction does not apply to verified manufacturing defects reported within the required timeframe.

Used or Damaged Products

Products showing signs of use, alteration, misuse, or customer-caused damage are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Unauthorized Returns

Returns shipped without prior approval may be refused or returned to the sender.

To ensure a smooth resolution, customers must contact us before returning any item.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

We encourage customers to inspect their orders immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Report the issue within 72 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or video of the packaging and product

  • Retain all original packaging materials until the claim has been reviewed

Prompt reporting helps us resolve issues efficiently and evaluate the performance of our shipping partners.

SHIPPING COSTS

Our Error or Product Defect

If the return is due to a verified defect or fulfillment error, we may cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from a verified defect or fulfillment error.

EVIDENCE REQUIREMENTS

To investigate and resolve claims fairly, we may request:

  • Packaging images

  • Proof of damage or defect

Failure to provide requested documentation may affect eligibility for a refund or replacement.

REFUND PROCESSING
